COOKING CLASS

Recipes presentation from Cretan Traditional Kitchen using Phaea Farmers Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Guests will participate in cooking and will be able to take home a couple of recipes to have a timeless memory of Crete. Each exquisite meal is accompanied by local wine that’s been especially selected with reference to the recipes. Handmade lemonade will be the perfect refreshment for the summer days.

CHEESE MAKING & LOCAL WINE TASTING

We love to introduce our guest to genuine Cretan living - here we show how “Tyrozouli” Cheese is made in House. Presentation from other local cheeses (Anthotyros, Graviera, Malaka Cheese, Galeni) gives a general consensus of cretan cheesemaking. We will treat our guests with the mouth-watering above mentioned cheeses with traditional bread varieties and rusks , accompanied by local wine . Good cheese must always be paired with the appropriate wine . To delight our little ones, we will be serving Cretan cold herbs beverages.
